• Course recordings and materials may not be shared or redistributed

Student-Generated Content

• Students retain ownership of original work created during courses
• Limited license granted to Warehouse Logic for educational and promotional purposes
• Student work may be showcased with permission for marketing purposes
• Students are responsible for ensuring originality of submitted work

Third-Party Content

Course materials may include references to third-party content, tools, and platforms. Students are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms of service and licensing requirements when using such resources.

Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted
• Payment plans may be available for extended courses upon request
• All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes
• Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment platforms

Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if no course materials accessed
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances
• No refunds after course completion or certificate issuance
• Course transfers to future sessions may be permitted with advance notice

Course Modifications

Warehouse Logic reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, students will be notified promptly and offered alternatives or full refunds.

Informal Resolution

We encourage students to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. Most issues can be addressed through open communication and mutual understanding.

Mediation

If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, parties agree to attempt mediation through a neutral third party before pursuing formal legal action.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Jurisdiction: Republic of Cyprus
• Applicable Law: Cyprus law governs these terms and any disputes
• Venue: Courts of Limassol, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Warehouse Logic regarding use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment
